What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect the details you type. These details are your name, email, organization, website and message.
When you use a free tool, such as the AI Visibility Score or the Schema Generator, we collect the website address that you enter. The tool reads the public pages at that address to make your result.
When you visit, we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies. It does not identify you.
Who processes it
Our forms send your request to our own server on Cloudflare. We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver it to us by email. Resend also keeps your name and email address as a record of your request. We mark you as unsubscribed, and we do not send you newsletters, unless you tick a box to get updates.
When you ask for one of our playbooks, we use Resend (resend.com) to email it to you.
- AI Visibility Engineering Playbook: if you ask for update notices, Resend keeps your email address and first name on our playbook update list.
- Local AI Presence Playbook: Resend keeps your email address, first name and website as a record of your request. If you do not tick the box for tips and new versions, we mark you as unsubscribed, and we do not send you newsletters.
Each update email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) hosts this website and runs our forms, free tools and chat. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the pages people visit, the websites that link to us, the type of browser and device, the country, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or other browser storage, and it does not follow you to other websites.
When you buy the Starter Package, Stripe (stripe.com) takes your payment on its own checkout page. We do not see or keep your card details.
Site chat (Ask A/GEO)
The "Ask A/GEO" chat answers questions with facts from this website. Do not type passwords, payment details or health details into the chat.
When you send a message, we send it to these services, with the last few messages of the chat and the pages you looked at during this visit:
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) runs the chat. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. Cloudflare AI Gateway keeps a log of each message and answer. We use the log to check answer quality and costs, and we keep it for up to 30 days.
- Anthropic (anthropic.com) writes the answer with its Claude model. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models. When Claude is not available, a Cloudflare Workers AI model writes the answer.
- TypeSafe (typesafe.ai) sorts each message by topic and need, so the chat can show the right next step.
If you ask us to contact you in the chat, the chat asks for your name, your email address and what you need. Your answers stay in your browser and do not go to the AI model. When you answer yes to "Ready to submit?", we get them by email through Resend, the same as a contact form. The email also lists the questions you asked in that chat. If you choose "Yes, and send me updates", we add you to our update emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time. After you send them, your details stay in this browser tab until you close it, so you can change them in the chat and send us an update.
Your browser keeps your chats and the list of pages you looked at in session storage (ageo-chat and ageo-chat-trail). If you came from one of our ads, ageo-chat-trail also keeps the ad or campaign name from the link. The chat uses it to show questions for your type of organization, and a form you send to us includes it. They stay in this browser tab only and go away when you close the tab. We do not use them to track you across websites.
Some links from us include a company name or code, for example in a proposal we send you. Then your browser keeps that value in local storage (ageo-company) for 60 days. The chat uses it to answer with facts about your company from your public website and, with a proposal code, from the proposal we sent you. A form you send to us includes the company name. We do not use it to track you across websites. To remove it, open any page of this site with ?co=none at the end of the address, or clear your browser storage.
If you click a chat button that opens our contact form, the form starts with your first chat question. You can change or delete that text before you send the form.
AI Query Fan-out
To get access, you give us your first name and work email. Resend (resend.com) emails your password and keeps your email address and first name as a record of your request. If you do not tick the box for tips and tool updates, we mark you as unsubscribed, and we do not send you newsletters. Resend also emails a copy of the request to A/GEO.
When you use the tool, we process the topics and page addresses that you enter:
- Google and Bing get your topic, to return their public search suggestions.
- Anthropic (anthropic.com) gets the topic and the search suggestions, to group them and add sub-queries. Cloudflare AI Gateway keeps a log of each request for up to 30 days. The log has a short code for your account, not your email address.
- When you check a page, we read the public page at that address. TypeSafe (typesafe.ai) gets the parts of the page that match each sub-query, to judge if the page answers it.
After you sign in, the tool saves one cookie (ageo_fo) that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It holds your email address and a signature. Your browser also keeps your last map and page check in local storage (ageo-fanout-v1), and the sign-in page keeps your email address (ageo-fanout-email), so you do not have to type them again. We do not receive these two items. Clear your browser storage to remove them.
How we use it
We use your details to send your AI visibility check, to send what you asked for and to reply to you. We use page view counts to learn which pages help visitors and to make the website faster. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for advertising. If you came to us through a partner, we share your request with that partner.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies.
The LLM Watch dashboard saves the order of its panels in one cookie (ageo_dash) on your device, for one year. It holds only panel names. To remove it, click "Reset layout" on the dashboard or clear your browser cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) stays in your browser for the current visit only. On the Claude workflows for GEO article, the details that you type into the prompt fields also stay in your browser storage (ageo-geo-prompts). We do not receive them. Click "Clear" on that page to remove them.
If we send you a password for a private proposal, the proposal page saves one cookie (ageo_p_ and the proposal name) after you enter the password. It keeps you signed in to that proposal for 60 days. It holds no personal details.
The PDF to Flipbook Maker reads your PDF in your browser. Your PDF does not go to our servers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, change or delete your details at any time. Use the contact form to send your request.
Our terms of use tell the rules for using this website, its free tools and its chat.
